Meet The Team

Daniel went to Cornerstone Christian Academy in St. Louis, MO and graduated from Anthem Dental Tech in 2010. Daniel enjoys fitness activities that include the gym, running, bicycling and hiking during all parts of the year. Daniel thrives in patient engagement and wants to reset the idea of what the dental experience can be. Daniel wants every patient to leave feeling like they understand their treatment and can start an anxiety free journey to restore their oral health. If Daniel could do anything different for a career, he would open a shelter and relocation service for abused and abandoned house pets of all kinds.

Megan grew up in central Illinois. She graduated from the University of Missouri with a Bachelors degree in Biology. This is where she met Dr. Britton and nine years later they have two children, 3 dogs, 3 cats, 2 bunnies, and more than enough chickens. She enjoys helping around the office primarily in sterilization, but is often found assisting wherever is needed.

Micki was born here in Nixa, Missouri and graduated from Nixa High School. She attended Arizona State University graduating with a bachelor of science degree in Biological Sciences. She received her associate of arts degree from Ozarks Technical College and graduated from Midwest Technical Institute as a certified dental assistant. Micki is married with two fur babies. She is an avid plant lover with over 40 houseplants.She loves painting, puzzles, and cooking for friends and family gatherings. Micki loves working one-on-one with patients getting to know their story. Her passion in dentistry is to help patients overcome their dental fears by answering their questions and making them feel secure along their journey to better dental health. Micki said, “I chose dentistry because it is exciting to see the change that comes over patients experiencing improvements to their smile and dental health. Watching patients confidence increase is an inspiration to me. I love to serve to my patients.

Rachel was born and raised in Kenya, Africa in a missionary family home. She attended Ozark Technical Community College, in Springfield, where she graduated with her dental hygiene degree in 2005. After many years of working as a hygienist, in Missouri and Texas, Rachel took a few years off from dentistry and did her own mission work in the Philippines. Her favorite parts of being a hygienist are educating and encouraging patients through their dental journey and building long term relationships with them. One of her passions is making everything as easy as possible to understand so the patient can make the best informed decision on how to improve and maintain their oral health. When she is not working she loves spending time with friends and family, eating yummy food, being outdoors, and attending church services.

Sandra is a wife, mother of twin girls, and a second-generation dental hygienist. Sandra started her career in the dental field as a dental assistant, and has been a dental hygienist for 20 years. Sandra’s favorite part of being a hygienist is the relationships with the patients that she builds every day! She loves to catch up with patients and make them feel like family when they come in for their check-ups.

Outside of work, Sandra loves to read and garden, but her favorite past time is to cook for the people she loves!

Shaina was born in Clearwater, Florida where she attended the Ultimate Medical Academy and graduated in 2019 with an Associate of Science degree in Medical Administrative Assisting. Shaina began her career in dental working for an endodontist where she fell in love with helping and educating patients with their dental care. Shaina moved to Missouri in December of 2023 with her three children and began working for Smiles Made Perfect. The best thing Shaina loves about her position at Smiles Made Perfect is helping patients with their treatment plans and making them comfortable with their dental care. Shaina loves reading, playing volleyball, and spending time with her children.

Dental Assistant: Vita has been working as a dental assistant for over 12 years. She received her certificate in dental assisting from Concord Career College. What she loves most about her job is making patients feel special, comfortable, and happy. Away from work Vita spends the majority of her time with her husband and their six beautiful children. She enjoys hiking, baking, and cooking.
